Jake A. Plante, Ed.D., has 41 years of energy and environmental experience. Following his job as Director of the Franklin County, Massachusetts Energy Office, he worked for 30 years in Washington, D.C. at the U.S Department of Energy (3) and the Federal Aviation Administration (27), where he served as a Manager and National Resource Expert on Air Quality and Noise. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor for the University of New England Environmental Studies Department. He graduated from Goddard College in 1973 and received his Doctorate of Education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1977.
Marcia L. Harrington, MBA, has 20 years of survey research and management experience, overseeing projects for a variety of government, private, and non-profit organizations. With a specialty in program evaluation and service quality measurement, she has managed projects ranging from evaluations of federal benefit programs, to assessments of healthcare strategies, to service quality measurement studies for financial and telecommunications firms. She formerly worked on U.S. development assistance as both a congressional aide and a lobbyist and lived in Senegal. She graduated from Oberlin College in 1980 and earned her Masters in Business Administration from American University in 1986.
