Jake A. Plante, Ed.D., has 33 years of government experience on energy and environmental programs.  He spent three years in Franklin County, Massachusetts, coordinating local energy activities, followed by 30 years of federal service in Washington, D.C., which included 3 years at the U.S. Department of Energy as a government relations specialist and 27 years at the Federal Aviation Administration as a manager and national resource expert on air quality and noise.   He graduated from Goddard College in 1973 and received his Doctorate of Education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1977.

 

Marcia L. Harrington, MBA,  has 20 years of survey research and management experience, overseeing projects for a variety of government, private, and non-profit organizations. With a specialty in program evaluation and service quality measurement, she has managed projects ranging from evaluations of federal benefit programs, to assessments of healthcare strategies, to service quality measurement studies for financial and telecommunications firms. She formerly worked on U.S. development assistance as both a congressional aide and a lobbyist and lived in Senegal. She graduated from Oberlin College in 1980 and earned her Masters in Business Administration from American University in 1986.
